This is mostly about cooking. Not really what to cook but how to cook. We eat an organic paleo diet but regardless of what you eat, there is a thought process behind cooking without a recipe that not everyone understands. Green protein shake
I eat a protein shake for lunch everyday. But I don't like the powder by itself. This is how I fix mine:
