I love this recipe because it is always a crowd pleaser and we can eat on it for 3 days (most of the time). Obviously that is because there is only 2 of us but it makes a lot, and is super simple.
This is mostly about cooking. Not really what to cook but how to cook. We eat an organic paleo diet but regardless of what you eat, there is a thought process behind cooking without a recipe that not everyone understands. If you follow the blog you will begin to see the rhythm of cooking without a recipe every night and I hope you will begin to learn you can do it too!
